Prospective Clients

We generally require that prospective clients have a minimum portfolio value of $500,000. However, as part of our Family CFO philosophy, we may waive this minimum for relatives of and referrals by existing Jackson Financial Management (JFM) clients. If you feel that your individual circumstances warrant an exception to our minimum, please feel free to contact us – we’ll be glad to consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.

We will help you to schedule a phone call with one of our Financial Advisors to discuss your specific situation.
  2. SPEAK WITH A JFM FINANCIAL ADVISOR BY PHONE.
    We will hold a brief phone call with you to answer any questions you might have about our services and determine whether an advisory relationship with JFM would be appropriate for your situation.
  3. SCHEDULE A COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL PLANNING MEETING & COMPLETE A FINANCIAL PLANNING DATA GATHERING BOOKLET.
    If you would like to meet us in person, we will help you to schedule a complimentary Initial Planning Meeting with a JFM Financial Advisor.
    In advance of your complimentary Initial Planning Meeting, we will send you a Financial Planning Data Gathering Booklet for you to complete. The Booklet will also include a preliminary list of documents we will need you to bring to your complimentary Initial Planning Meeting.
  4. HOLD A COMPLIMENTARY INITIAL PLANNING MEETING WITH A JFM FINANCIAL ADVISOR.
    We will hold a casual meeting (in-person & face-to-face) with you to begin learning more about you & your family, your specific financial circumstances, your goals & values, and your expectations for a long-term advisory relationship with us. You will also have a chance to learn more about our firm, including our approach, philosophy, capabilities & processes, and ask any questions you might have. In most cases, we will also provide you with an estimate of the costs to proceed with our financial planning & investment management services. Please keep in mind that this meeting is complimentary - there is no charge for the meeting and no obligation to continue.
  5. BEGIN YOUR JFM ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP.
    If you decide to proceed with our financial planning services, we will send you a New Client Packet containing a Financial Planning agreement to sign, along with a list of additional information we will need from you in order to analyze your situation and develop your Initial Financial Plan.
